1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and betticket ("betticket," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the betticket website located at betticket.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the betticket Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with betticket's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betticket Platform. betticket reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. betticket reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The betticket Platform is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the betticket Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. betticket makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on betticket, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited;

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betticket account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify betticket immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Ensure that you log out of your betticket account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;

betticket will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to betticket support immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betticket accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels. Currently accepted methods include: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits made to your betticket account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. betticket does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. betticket reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. betticket will process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) business days, depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. betticket reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on betticket are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). betticket does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

betticket may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all betticket promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• betticket reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated;

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the betticket Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that all outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. betticket's games are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers whose software has been independently tested and certified.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on betticket's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed definitive. betticket's decision on all gameplay disputes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. betticket reserves the right to void any bet placed in excess of the stated maximum limit.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betticket Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your betticket account by any third party;
• Engaging in any conduct that betticket reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or betticket staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the betticket Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of betticket or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the betticket Platform without prior written consent from betticket.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betticket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

betticket does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betticket's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit betticket's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

betticket is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the betticket Platform at any time by contacting our support team.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, betticket will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account and will not send you any marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for cause, betticket reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your betticket account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard game rules, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

betticket collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines. betticket's decisions on gameplay outcomes and account matters are final, subject to applicable regulatory oversight by PAGCOR.
